STAFF STORIES

The footfall industry has been my area of expertise for many years, so I knew about PFM before I started to work here. About 7,5 years ago I send my CV 7,5 to David Sturdy and after meeting with him in London I was offered my current job. I have never regretted it for a second. Essentially, I am a system engineer, which basically means I solve problems. To break down any system to small parts, find out how they work and then put them back together is just one of my specialties. Furthermore, I consider myself to be very good at providing technical documentation and developing relationships with clients and contractors.  

Will: our Technical Sales Manager 

As a Technical Sales Manager I am responsible for sales support in general. That means I support our clients (but also my colleagues) with surveys, production of proposals, technical support, Health & Safety etc. Providing technical documentation really is an important part of my job.

Besides I value a high level of customer service. I want to ensure that PFM always does the right thing by its customers and that we get recognised throughout the industry as the best reliable partner out there.

Passion & Inspiration

Outside of the office my passion lies on the field. The Birmingham City FC field that is. As a season ticket holder, you can find me at St. Andrew’s Stadium pretty often. I used to manage a junior football team, but I guess I’m a little old for that now   When I’m not at a game I enjoy music, dining out and the occasional beach holiday.

THe best thing

This is a hard one, as there have been quite a few. Helping to land Intu as a major account, assisting in building the relationship with British Land and the introduction of a comprehensive design document for delivery projects are certainly up there.
